Transportation Disabled American Veterans

Transportation services are available to veterans going to and from their scheduled appointments in the VA Western Colorado Health Care System.

For veterans living in the Grand Junction area, please call Veterans Transportation Service (970) 263-5095 or Disabled American Veterans (970) 263-2848.

For veterans living in the Montrose/Delta/Olathe area, please call (970) 240-4698.

For veterans living in the Glenwood Springs area, please call (970) 945-1007.

For Veterans Living in the Rifle area, please call the Garfield County VSO at (970) 989-0084.

For veterans living in the Craig/Meeker area, please call the Rio Blanco County VSO at (970) 824-0384.  Please call two days prior to your scheduled appointment, before noon, to coordinate transportation.

For veterans living in the Steamboat Springs area, please call the Routt County VSO at (970) 870-5469 or email mcondie@co.routt.co.us. Please call or email one week prior to your scheduled appointment to coordinate transportation.

For veterans living in the Moab, Utah area, please call the Moab TeleHealth Clinic at (435) 719-4144. Please call at least five days prior to your scheduled appointment to coordinate transportation.
